Most support issues are answered and remedied expeditiously

Creator Only: FastTracks V2 SongBook Creator Serial Numbers
and their associated unlock codes are unique to the computer
hard drive the software is installed on. In the event you wish
to move the software to another computer (installing the
software on more than one computer at a time is a violation of
our software user's license), or after reformatting the
existing hard drive, please submit a
